Chris Carton: overwhelm is a state of being where either we have too much going on or we don't know all the things for us to do or to be or to shift. When we're overwhelmed, we tend to either shut down, we just close down and that can turn into overworking and burning out. We waste energy when we're in overwhelm so I think it's possible not everyone will agree with me but this could help you set up a new way of living.
