Word Cunningham put the manifesto and principles up on a website. And he added a place where people could sign on as signatories to the manifesto. Over the next 10 or 12 years, the last number I had was from 2013. A thousand people had signed up. So the manifesto touched people in a way that structured methodologies had not. It really touched them at a gut level. They found somebody of a kindred spirit.
