I was wondering if you could take us through some common triggers for patients to develop decompensator right heart failure. What are some triggers that lead to decompensation a patient may otherwise be more or less stable? Sure. The other thing that's I think a clinical pearl in this case is the reminder that patients that are very young can tolerate shock much better than older patients. So there has to be a tremendous amount of vigilance for these changes.
