The Hat Tire Isn't Working in Baring to Day.
Oto confirmed after the ras that they were very surprised by the hat tire. They had no idea it would be so slow, so they were not going to use that again. The shortest stint on any tire was the hard re 18 laps - 22 for the soft, 24 for the medium. So that tells you that for some reason the hard tire really wasn't working in baring to day.
