Anxious Attachment Style or Avoid an Attachment?
Anxious people haven't learned how to self regulate. An avoidant person has a hard time being in relation to another person. The way that we become secure is we would ask ourselves, if i was secure, if i believe that i loved myself,. If i believed i was enough, would i choose in this moment, what would i do? And we would do those behaviors. That woud be more anxious, not less than my own, that be more avoidant. It's learning how to be in the presence of some one else's nervous system and be in connection and not lose ourselves.
