Federated Learning for Healthcare Data
Federated learning is technology introduced by Google, I think, in 2016. It lets you train algorithms locally on data and then extract some of the parameters of these algorithms called model weights. You don't just do back propagations locally, you also do the cross world data silos. And it's useful for two main users: if you have data that's super private and you're willing to contribute to the algorithm or not give away the data itself.
