The Limitations of Unbiased Sequencing in CSF

There can be interference from host background as Robin talked about when you do metagenomic next gen sequencing. There's a lot of clinical interpretation that needs to still occur with these assays. I'm one who believes that every diagnostic has its place we just got to figure out the best way to use it in the best situation, make it work for us  to the best of our ability. Yeah and we'll have some great references to some of the studies albeit many of them are retrospective but some of the data that's out there.
