How to Adapt to Stimuli

Athletes can peak one to two three times in a year but adaptation does not come with time it comes with the repetition to a certain stimulus so if you have more different stimulus you will get for example 20 sessions of each program. Normally people they change stuff faster than it's necessary i'm not saying that change is bad but every time we change we delay the time to peak condition this is another learning that we can get from doing like this. If you just have one single training session and you repeat that five times a week to what to accumulate 50 total sessions it will take you 10 weeks only. This is individual however it takes much longer than we normally think like it takes 40 to 50
