The Importance of Evolving Out Loud

I believe one of the problems we have is that every person on this planet is here for evolution and we often look up to certain people as if they have the answers. I'm evolving myself out loud meaning like I'm always evolving and I will do it in front of you unless I decide at one point it'd be my evolution to not right that when I have a really hard time I will fall apart on camera. We live in a world that is obsessed with distracting from that so it would be like if we all had a giant scab on our arm that will be healed in two to four weeks but we just keep picking it over and over again.
