Is the Common Ter a Language Problem?
The book seeks to transcend writes some kind of ostensible chronological divide of 19 17. It begins in late imperial russia's era of great reforms, and it ends rather tragically in the psalmist terror of the late 19 thirties. My focus is on how ordinary aspirantists imagined, realized and asserted themselves as global citizens with global concerns. I've chosen these three examples ultimately because i think that they readily invite us into both the dream worlds, but also the real worlds, who animate my analysis.
