i often find that i have a song going through my head, and then i realize it's appropriate to the sit on it. It doesn't speak directly in the way that i'm trying to, but it takes stuff around it that you can use to communicate something. The more you do that, the more you realize there's you colond, you have an ally. You're not alone. Like the old football song, you never walk alone. It's like there is somebody else there. It's you, but tis that you're not familiar with.
