The Context of Political Philosophy
I'm really like what bothers me about these like liberal debates is not the normative principle of the thing. The controversy is about the context in which you see those principles taking shape. Everything that's controversial about them has to do with how people see them as being implemented. I just think low key everybody in political philosophy is a an idealist at the end of the day because they think concepts do things. And if we're focusing on outcomes, you, how do we bring it about? If this is the, if this actually has teeth to it, more rather than simply be like, I sure wish we could flourish more, but alas.
