The Six Different Types of Learners

There are six distinct groups of language learners. Language enthusiasts, cultural connectors, aspirational learners, four functional learners, five career focused learners and the sixth one, obligated learners. People got to select up to three reasons for why they started learning Chinese. Most people selected one or two; we found the six distinct groups.
