You don't want to be limited by air flow purely because you're trying to breathe in and out of your nose during a max test. So it's really around titrating your ventilation rather than going purely to something like, hey, I'm going to nasal breathe the whole time. And again, this is where I thought I felt better. Maybe I had more exercise performance statistically or not.
