An external cephalic version is a procedure that's often employed seldom successful the success rates vary from 35 to 86 percent it's rarely successful when the cervix is fully dilated or the membranes are ruptured. When you are going to knowingly do an external sapphav version you want to make sure that you've got a plan to crash the operand. If I am involved with these external sappHav versions I request that they're performed in the operating room so that we can proceed immediately to the caesarian section without having to remove the patient.
