Growth is so fast that you can't safely support it wit with head count growth at this time, but you might return. And a company that does 300 million in sales is both more exciting to try to manage and harder to control. So i don't think equity capital is the right way to finance any of those. Once you've got your business figure d out, ah, yes, you you can use equity capital. But similarly, there you run into a different problem, which is the mythical man month problem. It just doesn't work. You should never lose money scaling a sales team. Ah, you just have a working capital problem if you want to scale it really fast.
