Is Your Manager Blaming You?
The average manager has 16 direct reports, which is two times more than they should have. The company that's enabling the bad managers or letting them get away with bad behavior are not training them. "I could probably talk about this for hours," says Workweek co-founder and HR expert Lisa Krumholz. But it's interesting because I think to myself every week before I hit send, is there anything I am writing in here that someone at Workweek would read and say, you're lying?
