The Internet of Roll-Ups

The Internet of roll-ups is this idea that in the same way that Cosmos had this vision for an ecosystem of blockchains where each one was sovereign could make its own rules and control its own destiny. We want to see the same thing applied to roll-ups. The big advantage of having a roll-up as opposed to a later one blockchain is that you don't have to pay the capital costs of recruiting a validator set to do work for you.
