Former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has begun his tenure as Australia's Ambassador to the United States by visiting President Joe Biden. RBA Governor Philip Lowe responded to the changes to the bank by admitting that the oversight of his own role wasn't up to modern standards under the existing structure.
