Psalm 89 - The Messiah Dies
In Psalm 89 the Messiah dies breaking all the promises made to David and the Psalmist is in despair at this. But then just three Psalms later we have Psalm 92 and it's full of imagery and language about the Joseph Messiah and the resurrection language. In Psalm 110 the Messiah appears as the priest King Melchizedek from the right hand of God and he comes to conquer the earth. Then in Psalm 132 he finally takes his throne to rule the whole earth from Zion. After another short reversal in Psalm 140 thereabouts he triumphs finally in Psalm 144. Now another theme is that after the Messiah dies Israel seemed to be scattered so Psalm 90 is Moses
