The Role of Residents in the Preservation Trust

I personally think that NYCHA is in a much different place than we were back when we signed the original HUD agreement in 2019. And I really do believe that HUD and the Southern District and the city, and even the monitor have provided some of the tools that we needed to be a more efficient community. The mayor said as he was announcing the Preservation Trust  the role of the federal government has abandoned NYCHA. To what extent is there some help coming from the federal government.
