Then you're also thinking about capacity and strength so what's their low limb strength like the hamstring strength. What's their loading like their loading activitiesWhat are all their risk factors like have they got major risk factors any sort of history of injuries that might be disposed to this or surgeries. Are they overweight the bear mind metabolic factors are they the sort of assessment things. And then that leads into that approach of advice about load and advice about exercise as well I don't know why Peter as a clinician I found this one of the hardest conditions to manage but it can hang around for a long
