What Was It Like to Be a Software Product Manager?
I didn't know anything about software product management at the time. I probably was terrible for the first six months in the role, but I learned product management and how to deliver in agile. Coupled that with a lot of reading, I became a big Marty Kagan disciple. And sort of just kind of immersing myself in a lot of the literature,.
