The Importance of Leaders

In 1985 i took command of an infantry company in the 28th infantry division pennsylvania national guard. A military unit and any organization for that matter takes on the personality of its leader, he says. The next section is called "Character" which means you get your butt up and hit the ground running when it's time to train. It also includes a high level review of some of these sections  and I just want to kind of do a high levelreview of some ofthese sections uh one of them might be about speed or tempo but both are important as they relate to leadership.
