How to Cope With Difficult Emotions

Self compassion is not associated with non-achievement. High achieving people are doing so because they have joy in the process, that they're passionate about it. Meeting standards barriers can be addressed without too much difficulty. It could be as simple as behavior experiment. What if you've tried for one day to practise a kindness to yourself? Do you get more done or less done? You know, those little kinds of behaviour experiments sometimes can go a long way in shedding a light on what really happens. And we'll hopefully be learning more about that s as this research goes on.
