The Fed's Rise in Rates Hasn't Hurt the Stock Market
It's been several months since the stock market has taken a big dip. The S&P 500 is up 5% since the Fed started hiking rates in March of 2022. Consumers have held up throughout it all and that may be because only 11% of US household debt has an adjustable interest rate. On Wednesday, we're going to get the Jolt Report for June, tracking job openings, quits, and labor force participation.
