On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat media and Democrats are desperately trying to create a scandal with the Atlantic, Signal story. There is no scandal. There was no threat to our armed forces or the ongoing mission. President Trump will get to the bottom of it. More attention has been devoted to the Signal story than to the 13 courageous soldiers who lost their lives during Biden’s horrific Afghanistan withdrawal. We’re bombing the hell out of the Houthis and we’re not getting many reports on it. Later, a group filed a lawsuit over the Trump administration's Signal group chat, and it was amazingly assigned to Judge Boasberg - the same judge hearing the deportation case. This case should be thrown out because the group doesn’t have standing. Also, it’s illogical that a single district court judge, at the lowest level, can issue an order impacting the entire nation, while a lone Supreme Court justice lacks similar authority. Although appeals are an option, the process can drag on for years, exacerbating the issue. To address this imbalance, the Supreme Court should take up one of these cases and provide a definitive resolution. Afterward, Randy Fine calls in to discuss his special election campaign in Florida’s 6th Congressional District, where the outcome could significantly impact Trump’s agenda. Fine is prepared to enact legislation to support Trump’s policy goals. In addition, Dr Elaine Healy joins the show, she exposed Andrew Cuomo’s directive to put COVID patients in nursing homes on this show 5 years ago. Finally, YAF President Scott Walker joins the show to highlight the significance of the Wisconsin Supreme Court election. He warns that a liberal victory could lead to redrawn congressional districts, eliminating two Republican seats. Should Republicans lose both this race and the Florida congressional seat Democrats might gain control of the House of Representatives.
