How to Distinguish Between Passive and Active Procrastinators
The outcomes of active procrastinators and non procrastinators are often indistinguishable. Identifying activeprocrastinators can be more difficult than identifying passive procrastinators. The problem is that if you institute this, I need to give a Friday report of what I've been doing during the week in order to satisfy somebody else's anxiety about me. All that does is just takes time away from the task. It's just more reports. It's more bureaucracy. How do I say this in a non-career limiting way? Maybe I can't have required weekly status updates but for whom I felt like the trust level was low because they had to see my invisible work.
