What Is the 80 80 Marriage?

The 80 80 marriage is a new way of looking at relationships. The guiding principle behind it is this idea of radical generosity. Instead of trying to make everything in our lives perfectly fair, what if we both aspire to do more than our fair share? That sounds radical and is, by definition, unfair. But that's the basic idea,  and all of a sudden we can radically change the culture of our relationship.
