Working as a producer has made me much more aware of other people around me when i was very happy previously to just tunnel vision in my own world and what my own you know priorities and needs were. how to communicate with your teammates because everybody is different their work habits are different. figuring out the best way to say something so that you can be heard or so that something can get done um with you both liking each other at the end of the day is really important.
