What Are the Different Legal Frameworks?
CloudFlare is one of the biggest providers of content-hosting and caching services. The company was founded in 2009 by former Facebook executive Mike Krieger. It's based on a different legal framework than that used to be called Section 230, which allows it to take down or leave up user-generated content at its discretion. But there are more complicated laws being developed around the world for intermediaries like CloudFlare as liability discussions continue.
