A colleague suggested that we start our day with creative work, not invention. I think there's a way to take advantage of some of those Lowell times. We have moved our leadership team meetings about a dozen times because people were not showing up and giving their best in that meeting. You need to sleep for at three o'clock just to re-enerize yourself or lay on the floor with a pillow and go to sleep.
