Do Libertarians Think We Have Contra Causal Powers?

libertarians think free will is incompatible with determinism, and yet that we have free will. It seems like the kind of powers we would need to have if we had libertarian free will would be something outside of the causal order the universe. So i think that's what a lot of people have in mind when they talk about contra causal powers.
