The Problem With Protein
We get plenty of protein everywhere. If our proteins don't digest well and break down well, they putrefy. And inside of our gut, inside of our intestinal tract, we collect all this putrefied protein and rancid fat. So you can be vegan and plant-based, vegetarian, but you're still going to get ammonia. You can get nut butter rot too. All you have to do is eat some beans. It's like this wave that builds, builds until it comes ashore and then splash.
