How to Use the Archetypes in a Mental Health Challenge?
The best way to use the archetypes is to recognize that these are patterns of behavior. No one is always the passive aggressive peer or always the pessimist, but chances are we behave differently at different times. And so you can see the behavior that's causing you trouble, try to align it with one of the archetypes and then find tactics within those chapters about what you do in that situation.
