The Interview Process, Is It a Good Fit for the Candidate?
i try to have at least two different styles of interviews. One where i make an option for somebody to do a take homei if they have the time and the inclination, they can do that. And then you have those who are who have been preparing. Maybe they just graduated school and lasop is fresh for them. Or maybe they spend the time, money and effort into preparing for these stiles of interviews. I don't think there is a right ra wrong way, per se. But having different options that suit different style of interviews might be the better approach.
