Kirk's profile in the surfing world was so mammoth i at the time, still is. I felt like you could sacrifice a whole bunch of time and go chase amazing waves and entrench yourself in this amazing amount of satisfaction from getting epic waves,. but you're so in a very comfortable environment. That just to me that that wasn't an option. But there was moments in my career where i felt like, maybe i should move to the goll coast. It's a lot more competitive. The waves are a lot better. Ah, there's well class events there. Kirk: "I love my community and cool them"
