The Value of Apprenticeships
Jeremiah: College is signaling and has been used as the signal for job preparedness in our economy to employers. I do think apprenticeship because of that credentialing does have some signaling you know associated with it. But I also think it has that embedded kind of understanding from industry that like whoa this person has the skills that we determined and we're able to complete that through which I think is really powerful in today's labor market.
