Boma Brown West Board of Directors - Who Would Be Your Biggest Cheerleaders?

i would say, first and foremost, it would be one or both of my sisters. And then i would say that i would go for opera. She's talented, she's super successful. Also seems to just be very in tune spiritually. From her humble upbringing to where she is to day, i just think that she would have great advice for career decisions.

You ever had anybody come back and say, well, since you asked, traffic is tanked. You broke our sit like something awful has happened? And your like, o shoot. I didn't want to poke at that fire. A

couple of times i have, and it definitely, like, brings the anxiety up. Everything's on fire. What are we supposed to do here? But i honestly view it as a potential opportunity to rescue the relationship. If the site is broken, and we think, eh, we click the wrong button in the google and no, we aren't getting any more traffic. Let's take a look at that. I want to figure out if this is something that we could quickly fix, something that'll take some time to fix, or ey turns out we're looking at the report for google paydads, but we stopped paydad six months ago, so of course the traffic's gone. Let's look at the right report and see how it's changed. So when a client does express like, oh, we hired you for this thing, but the thing's now on fire, that's an opportunity for me to help them with this problem. If i can't help them with it, i'm able them clear instructions and recommendations of what to do next. Talk to this person, mention you have this thing, ask them what you should do next. Or i've an opportunity to help them fix this project and win a better and a stronger relationship with them by showing up and helping them solve this. And the question that would often come up here is, are you charging for this? And oftentimes yes, i'll describe it to them, ok, we can see a problem here. We can see what the cause is. It's going tos some time to fix. This is what it will look like as a project. And we'll have a negotiation over it. But there's no reason that repeat project to fix a problem can't be a paid project. I think it's entirely in the realm of possibility. You just need to have those conversations with that client and say, ok, this is what we could take care of for free, and this is what will be a paid project. How would you like to move forward?
