The Challenges of Raising Funds on Reg D
The challenge I think that you have is especially in raising on like Reg D, which is what we raise under 506 B or 506 C. We do have a succeed. Only accredited investors. But the challenge is there's no real big barrier to entry. So anybody can go out and raise funds. And so it makes it harder. I almost wish there was like a license to do what we do because I think it would just make it so much better for everybody.
