Sprinters end on sunday, and the spinners end on saturday. I tend to put the jumpers on a nine day cycle, the spinners on a seven day cycle. So that way i can get most of their training done without interfering with each other. And sometimes i'll move a long jumper over to the sprink groupa,. Your goig to do this with them to day because you need to. That's really powerful. We don't think about that.
