Developing a Culture of Innovation and Collaboration in a Team

i always lead with what i'd sort of say softer, open questions to give people an opportunity to tell me about themselves in their own way. And i split that up into five different categories. The first category is his culture. We often talk about making sure that somebody is a good cultural fit. So i look at exploring what's somebody done that's unique to them? How can i benefit from working with this person as supposed to one of their team mates? Then the second area is innovation. This is all about exploring people's creativity, their ability to come up with new ideas and new ways of doing it's an opportunity to look at what they know about emerging technologies within the landscape.
