The Checks and Balances Aren't Working

I think the problem with the checks and balances, Rio, is there's too many checks, not enough balances. I know that we're trying to keep this light but it is really, really scary what's happening over there. We've gotten to a place where the Supreme Court can make decisions based on their opinions which is a very recent development.
