The Church Is Not Inerrant When It Comes to Annulments

The church does not have the authority to annul what God has bound together if it was bound together by God and it was a legitimate marriage. If you could present not all the evidence or false evidence, the church may make a mistake in giving a decision of annulity. In cases where people have been divorced and then they get into a second marriage, oftentimes what happens is that occurred because they didn't realize what they were doing even in their first marriage.
