The Importance of in Person Interaction in Training

I found myself sort of meeting myself. You know I wrote that on 78 airplanes last year and airliners and I don't want to do that anymore. What makes my train the trainer course so important is the in person interaction because I'm Iaisa trained. Have you looked into virtual training at all and doing more online courses? Well it's interesting you say that here's here's the deal. There's two parts of the answer on this. It's not valid but it's the crux of it is the inperson interaction because I've been there before.
