There are about one followed by 22 zeros worth of stars out there in the universe. If each one's got, let's for the sake of easy maths say 10 planets, then you've got one out of 10 to the 23 possibilities to find an earth like planet. So we think this one is special because we live here and it's the only one we know of in our cosmic neighborhood. But when you have something as vast as the universe on the scale of the universe, the chances of there being another configuration where the star is the right temperature has been ruled out. We just haven't found it yet.
