How to Create a Process for Customer Discovery
I was really like part of the reason why I put habits in the title of my book is that I did not want to write a process book. It's so hard to convey the messiness of discovery, right? Like people think like, Oh, I have to define an outcome and then I have to discover opportunities. And here's where they overlap. Every one of the things I say all the time is every feature step feeds back on the previous step. That's usually figuring out which next direction you're going to go.
