The Importance of Personality in Portfolios
I could not agree more. Like I've reviewed like from hiring perspective, like hundreds of portfolios and you read them, you could just hide the name. You don't know who's who because there's no personality. Everybody sounds the same body. You see the exact same word and the same framework. So yeah, I agree with what you're saying... It's important that everybody the personality has to shine through in your portfolio. Because they need to be able to understand that part in there.
