The Impact of Air Exchange on Health

In the 1970s America had an energy crisis. And so we started building tighter homes, and every decade we come out with new ways to build tighter and tighter homes. So now if I take a breath in a 1950s home versus a 2023 home, I'm probably more likely to be inhaling a ton more particulate than before. If you exhale 39 million particles of bacteria every time you exhale, those particles are going to stay with you because there's no air exchange.
