Kimscott developed a framework that she uses to teach every manager how to operate with radical candor. It's broken into four quadrants, and every manager in a company lives in one of those quadrants. So the higher up on this y axis, the more that you care personally about your employees and the people that you manage. The lower on that axis you go, the less you care personal about your employees or the people you manage.
